Your registration will be confirmed once the Technical Secretariat has sent you your registration confirmation.

REGISTRATION FORM SUBMISSION:
  • All registrations must be formalised in writing to the Technical Secretariat, attaching the proof of payment. Likewise, confirmation will be sent in writing to the sender once the payment has been received.
  • Alternatively, you may use the online registration form designed for this purpose at www.eannsevilla2027aeen.es
  • Registration will only be fully confirmed once the Technical Secretariat sends you the registration receipt.

CANCELLATIONS:
  1. Cancellations or modifications to registrations must be submitted in writing to the meeting’s Technical Secretariat via email at secretaria@eannsevilla2027aeen.es
  2. Registrations cancelled before 1st March 2027 will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. Registrations cancelled after this date will not be entitled to any refund.
  3. For refunds to be processed, a formal application addressed to the Congress President must be submitted within the deadlines specified above.
  4. All refunds will be processed after the event has concluded.
DATA PROTECTION:

The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR 679/2016. Specifically, it will be used by the Congress Secretariat for the sole purpose of managing registration and bookings for the 49th Congress of the Spanish Association of Neuroscience Nursing.
