Prices are per standard room per night, bed and breakfast basis. Taxes included.
Rates valid for bookings checking in from 5th May 2027 and checking out on 7th May 2027 (2 nights). For stays outside these dates, please consult availability and rates with the Secretariat.Accommodation will be confirmed once the Technical Secretariat sends you the booking receipt.
Please note that the services booked will not be confirmed until payment has been made. If 2 days have passed since the booking was made and you have not sent us a copy of the bank transfer, the services booked will be automatically cancelled.

Your accommodation will be confirmed once the Technical Secretariat sends you the confirmation of your accommodation booking.

CANCELLATIONS:

Hotel booking deadline: 1st March 2026 (or earlier if no rooms remain available within the block reserved for the congress). After this date, room bookings must be requested through the Secretariat, who will indicate availability.
No refunds will be issued for accommodation.
It is essential to send proof of payment for the booking by email in order to confirm accommodation.

DATA PROTECTION:

The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR 679/2016. Specifically, it will be used by the Congress Secretariat for the sole purpose of managing registration and bookings for the 49th Congress of the Spanish Association of Neuroscience Nursing.
